Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition: Flexo Folder Gluer OperatorLocation: Houston, TX Position Summary:The Flexo Folder Gluer Operator will be directly responsible for running the line in conjunction with the Assistant Operator to ensure smooth operation and the highest quality of products. Position Responsibilities:
  • Set up the flexo folder gluer for operation ensuring the set up of the print, rails and die cut section.
  • Inspection of product and dies before and after operation.
  • Monitor quality of the final product, checking the anilox rolls for damage, ensuring the glue systems are operating properly.
  • Cross train on other pieces of machinery and mentor the Assistant Operators.
Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the corrugated industry running a flexo folder gluer or die cutting machine.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for 8-12 hours a day, work in an environment that is not temperature controlled, wear the proper PPE required for the job.
