Job Summary
We are seeking a Food Runner/Utility/Host to join the team at Hundred Mile Brewing This is a multifuncational role so you will be trained for both. You will generally act as the liaison between the front of house and back of the house. If youre friendly, hard-working, and interested in getting your foot in the door in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers their meals and drinks in an efficient manner (Utility)
  • Work the expo line and maintain consistency of plated food (Utility)
  • Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff (Utility)
  • Greet and Seat Guest (Host)
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces (Utility and Host)
  • Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables (Utility and Host)
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations (Utility and Host)
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
