LAC Federal is seeking a skilled Specialist Electronic Input Operator II to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess full technical knowledge of data entry devices and specialized terminology/data in fields including environmental, legal, medical, and others. The Operator will be responsible for operating data entry devices to accurately record a variety of data, verifying data entered, and performing routine data preparation and distribution tasks. Additionally, you may be required to instruct, direct, and check the work of other electronic input operators and assist in scheduling data entry functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Possess full technical knowledge of data entry devices and specialized terminology/data across various fields.
  • Operate data entry devices to record a variety of complex data accurately.
  • Verify complex data entered for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform advanced data preparation tasks, including analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Distribute complex data to appropriate recipients according to established procedures.
  • Instruct, direct, and provide guidance to other electronic input operators.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating data entry functions.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data entry or related field.
  • Full technical knowledge of data entry devices and specialized terminology/data across various fields.
  • Proficiency in operating data entry devices and related software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
