Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Receiver II to join our dynamic team at the Pathology Location (PLA).


About the Role: As a Laboratory Receiver II, you will be vital in ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of gynecological and surgical specimens. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of patient and specimen information, making you a key contributor to the smooth operation of our laboratory. In this role, you’ll also interact regularly with clients, phlebotomists, sales representatives, and other stakeholders, helping to resolve issues and keep our operations running efficiently. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to serve as a backup courier, handling specimen transport when needed.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of previous laboratory experience, preferably in a similar setting.
  • A medical background is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, especially in histology.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
