We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing AI-driven solutions to set new benchmarks for the global real estate industry and pushing forward the digital real estate revolution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI systems that leverage our specialized industrial data to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a robust service infrastructure that seamlessly integrates our AI capabilities with internal applications.
  • Design and build AI agents with fundamental large model by feeding, fine-tuning, and aligning them with our specialized industrial data.
  • Developing specialized, vertical in-house small-scale models for internal-specific using senarios.
  • Design and implement a robust data collection infrastructure to gather, store, and process data from various sources.
  • Refine our datasets to improve data quality and relevance and develop strategies for data augmentation.
  • Participate and be involved in shaping the company's AI development strategy and direction.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the industry (1-2 years).
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Ruby.
  • Deep understanding of large-scale data processing and AI model optimization techniques.
  • Experience with AI model development, fine-tuning, and alignment with specific data sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
