Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time and Part Time positions Available

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision and training to ABA therapists and other staff members.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to ABA therapists and other staff members to ensure fidelity of intervention implementation.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other members of the treatment team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and incorporate best practices into clinical work.

Qualifications:


  • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Previous experience working as a BCBA in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide effective supervision and training to staff members.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
