Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Manager for our account in Quitman, GA.

Your Role and Responsibilities - 

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire our housekeeping team in Environmental Services (EVS) operations.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage an hourly workforce, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Drive client and resident satisfaction scores by providing a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Collaborate effectively with facility staff across all departments.
  • Ensure thorough compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with facility administration and other departments to deliver world-class service.
  • Monitor and manage operating budgets, including payroll, supplies, equipment, and facility budgets.

  • Salary: $70,000/year
  • Location: Quitman, GA

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For - 

  • Preferred Experience: 2-3+ years of management experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related housekeeping role leading an hourly workforce.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Compliance: Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
