As the Senior Analyst, Corporate Development and Strategy, will be report to the Vice President, Development, and partner with other functions on the development of de novo centers and the acquisition of existing centers. This will be a very hands-on role with high levels of interaction with and exposure to executive leadership and board members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Healthcare experience highly preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related work experience and familiarity with M&A, management consulting, Corporate strategy, Corporate development experience highly desired.
  • Strong project management, financial modeling and financial reporting experience.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities to influence and engage customers and peers required.
  • Ability to effectively interface with senior management
  • Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. Approximately 10-15% travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead growth strategic initiatives including define target market, develop go to market strategy, identify service portfolio gaps and opportunities
  • Responsible for developing De Novo pipeline and partnering with operation leaders to execute successful opening
  • Responsible for sourcing acquisition targets, managing the valuation and due diligence process and achieving successful closing and integration
  • Prepare detailed financial models, using income statements, balance sheets, and other relevant financial schedules provided by potential acquisition targets.
  • Manage a suite of management capabilities, including ongoing updates and executive level communication.
  • Conduct desk research, including industry reports, media and networking to discern and report on market trends and competitive environment.
  • Develop and maintain prospect pipeline & customer management database.
  • Make presentations regarding project direction and recommendations to senior leadership and board members.
  • Translate corporate needs into a comprehensive project plan to ensure successful project performance.
  • Partner with leads from various departments to ensure the completion of work in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the strategy planning and growth planning for all affiliates.
