Schedules Available:

Weekday Technicians will work 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday

1st Shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00am - 3:00pm


Weekend Technicians work 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday 36 hours, getting paid for 40.

Weekend Day: Friday through Sunday 5:00am - 5:00pm

Weekend Night: Friday through Sunday 5:00pm - 5:00am (Must be able to train on Weekend Day Shift)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Operate ammunition casing machines and BRUT equipment, ensuring quality and performance.
  • Adjust feeding and mechanical components; use precision instruments to meet specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness around work area, including cleaning and mopping.
  • Perform minor preventive maintenance and safely operate a forklift if needed.
  • Record production and quality data, complete pre- and post-shift checklists.
  • Follow sorting procedures to ensure quality and accurate data entry.
  • Attend team meetings, participate in training, and follow EHS procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in math, problem-solving, and mechanical tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy; industrial experience preferred.
  • Capable of making quick decisions and influencing change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and written communication; able to read, write, and calculate.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is carried out in a controlled, agreeable production environment.
  • Oil, coolant and noise (90db) present. Hearing protection is required.
  • Technician is subject to lifting up to 50 lbs.
