The Activities Assistant specializes in Exercise and Activity Groups and Wellness Programming. The Activities Assistant serves as the liaison between Wellness, Rehabilitation Services, and Nursing and is responsible for managing and maintaining residents’ wellness/ restorative nursing programs as directed.
Qualifications Required
-Must have good communication skills
-Ability to lead small groups
-Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Qualifications Preferred
-Certified Nursing Assistant be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
-Previous hospital or nursing home experience
-CPR certified
