Topeka is seeking an experienced part-time contract Marketing Specialist to support our growing portfolio of 2025 and 2026 Music Vacations. The person in the role will focus on building, managing, optimizing and overall owning comprehensive customized marketing campaigns designed to create demand and drive music pass + accommodation bookings from new guests as well as work with the internal team to ignite referral from currently booked guests. Success in the role to be defined by meeting and exceeding set booking goals by vacation. 

Full resources provided (platforms, tracking, external firms, budgets, creative support).

Target of 20 hours per week (flexible on days and number of hours per day). Initial six month contract October 2024 through March 2025 with opportunity for renewal based on results. Must have direct experience in building and managing digital marketing campaigns. Preferred experience in the entertainment (music / sports) industries.
