Your Role


Step into the role of Electrical Technician III at Encore Luxury Coaches and become a key spark in our mission to redefine luxury travel. Your skilled work in AC and DC electrical systems will bring to life the intricate networks that power our premier touring coaches in Cornelius, NC. With every wire you route, switch you install, and system you energize, you contribute to the seamless blend of technology and luxury that our coaches are known for. Responsibilities

  • Install wiring, panels, generators, batteries, lighting, outlets, switches, and assist with appliances, audio-visual, and HVAC equipment.

  • Conduct electrical system startups, troubleshoot issues, and perform road trials for quality assurance.

  • Provide feedback to design and engineering teams for electrical system improvements.

  • Ensure cost, quality, and schedule adherence, contributing to the company's leadership in the industry.

  • Follow safety protocols and company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment and maintaining an excellent attendance record.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience working with both AC/DC electrical systems

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in a woodworking environment is a plus

  • Understanding of inverters, generators, & batteries

  • RV (A, B, Super C) experience would be a plus

  • Audio/Visual equipment installation experience would be a plus
