We are looking for dedicated, caring individuals to join our team and work in our welcoming, beautiful facility with the very best residents If you could use a change, check out Glarner Lodge Assisted Living.

Universal Care Workers and Caregivers, we need your expertise at our Glarner Lodge (GL) which is a Residential Care Apartment Complex located in New Glarus Wisconsin in the New Glarus Home Retirement Community.

Our entire staff is dedicated to helping tenants live their best life. We are seeking an individual interested in working Full Time PM 2pm to 10:30pm as a Caregiver. Every other weekend is required.

Compensation is between $15.00 - 19.00 hourly depending on qualifications New shift differentials offered for evenings, nights, and weekends. Senior level caregivers have the potential to earn up to $21.00 an hour with differentials on weekends

The Caregiver is responsible to provide direct care to our tenants while helping them to maintain the highest level of independence possible while promoting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The caregiver provides meals as indicated on the menu, provides activities and socialization, cleans apartments and facility, and seeks to provide the best care possible while protecting the tenants from any form of harm or injury. The caregiver job duties are executed in accordance with the current Federal, State, and local standards, as well as other guidelines and regulations governing this facility. You will also be responsible for other duties as assigned by the Administrator and/or nurse program coordinator.

Candidates should have a positive professional manner and enjoy helping others.


Requirements:

High School Diploma

CBRF, Assisted Living, First Aid, Fire Safety or Med Pass Certs preferred.

Staff may be required to participate in mandatory Covid-19 testing. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided by the facility.
