Essential Job Functions

Trade Show Planning

  • Work with the Marketing Supervisor to plan attendance and register for relevant exhibitions, events and conferences
  • Manage all aspects of exhibition/event organization from initial planning through final reporting for multiple events throughout the year
  • Interact and network with people across multiple industries both within and outside of the company
  • Plan activities such as dinners, hospitality events, team building, etc.
  • Monitor that marketing displays and artwork are in clean working order to ensure we promote a quality and professional brand
  • Ordering of booth materials
  • Packing exhibition materials and coordinate shipping
  • Organize and coordinate all meetings/events/parties as well as food/beverage, travel and hotel accommodation needs in conjunction with them
  • Communicate practical details with participants
  • Frequent travel to trade shows and conferences

Requirements:
