DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • 5+ Years of experience in a Food Processing Plant required
  • 3+ years of experience in meat or manufacturing industries required
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As a TRAINING MANAGER, you will oversee the development and implementation of training programs for food production staff to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will design training materials, conduct workshops, and assess employee performance to enhance skills and knowledge in food handling, equipment operation, and hygiene practices. Additionally, they stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to continuously improve training processes and outcomes.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Develop Training Programs: Create comprehensive training materials and programs for food production staff, covering topics such as food safety, equipment operation, and quality control.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions to ensure employees understand and adhere to food production standards and procedures.
  • Assess Employee Performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and observations, providing feedback and additional training as needed to improve employee performance.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Standards: Keep abreast of the latest industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements to continually enhance training content and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.
