Title: Sr. Events Manager Department: Event Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Director


Purpose

The position exists to lead the Events Team to meet or exceed their KPI goals.

Primary Responsibilities

•Ensure that Event policies and procedures are administered

•Manage lead flow and ensure accuracy

•Submit a growth plan and ensure goals are met

•Manage the schedule of employees so all departments are staffed

•Develop Team Leads to assist in training and lead flow

•Audit the calendar for available capacity or to find errors.

•Utilize continuous improvement and training opportunities.

•Utilize all performance management tools and processes offered by RbA Central PA

•Support our culture of delighting internal and external customers.

•Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of marketing policies.

•Open communication with other affiliates within the RBA network to ensure best practices

•Maintain company equipment and vehicles allocated to the department

Qualifications

•4+ years previous experience in the Event Marketing or other related fields and/or a bachelor’s degree

•Experience developing leaders

•Ability to build rapport with all employees

•Strong organizational skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Proficient in MS Office
