LOCATION: Aliso Viejo, CA (92656) - Onsite 5-days a week
COMPENSATION: $65-75K Annually

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing support and management assistance for a customer or customers by consistently promoting and developing positive working relationships with contingent workers, program suppliers, client managers, client stakeholders and internal teams. This role would work onsite at one of our largest, most exciting client's headquarters

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

  • Act as liaison and represent Eastridge and the client in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Maintain written documentation on specific policies and procedures that impact the program.
  • Conduct hiring manager intake calls for all new recruiting positions.
  • Conduct supplier calls on a weekly or as needed basis.
  • Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Ensure all pre-employment screening requirements have been successfully completed in accordance with contract and governmental regulations.
  • Conduct new hire orientation, as required.
  • Evaluate survey data with the Program Director to monitor and address client, supplier, and employee satisfaction.
  • Complete timely data entry into Eastridge’s systems and maintain consistency/integrity of data.
  • Prepare miscellaneous HR/employee reports as required.
  • Resolve payroll and billing issues for contingent workers, suppliers, and client.
  • Assist in any event coordination and attend as Eastridge representative when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance to local employment and privacy law.
  • Conduct off boarding processes including termination email notifications, exit interviews and termination meetings, as needed.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Gather and review all necessary payroll and worker related information.
  • Utilize Eastridge’s systems to setup and update accounts and workers.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance through routine self and team audits.
  • Ensure federal and state employment specific labor laws are followed.
  • Ensure compliance with program specific needs and process

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • 3-5 years experience in a Staffing or Recruiting Onsite.
  • Customer service and Client facing
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  • Associates Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

  • MSP Experience
  • Medical device or pharma experience
