SUMMARY: The Fixture Sales Associate helps the department accomplish its sales goals by selling fixtures and gaining new accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.
  • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepares and presents sales proposals.
  • Plans and manages sales territory.
  • Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of the Lozier product information.
  • Assisting with the coordination of daily sales activities.
  • Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
  • Coordinating budgets and preparing financial reports for executive management.
  • Assisting executive management by creating assignments, tracking progress.
  • Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
  • Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
  • Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams.
  • Ensuring that all activities conform to company standards
  • Identifying and resolving any problems in the sales process
  • Any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization’s values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
