We are currently searching for a utility water-main and sewer foreman. This position is $40+/Hour.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Manage a 8-10 person crew
  • Lead crew in the installation of underground utilities, water mains, fire mains, sewer mains and storm drains
  • Operate an excavator and other heavy equipment while leading your crew
  • Perform and train the essential job functions for any position on the pipe crew
  • Identify, report and correct hazards
  • Plan daily work from the project's schedule and execute accordingly
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of production schedules
  • Have knowledge of proper sequence of activities to avoid production slow down and errors
  • Ensure crew’s safety
  • Execute pipe work in accordance with plans and specifications
  • Follow directions from owners and customers
  • Read blueprints
  • Guide crew with fittings and valve installations
  • Test systems for leaks and other issues
  • Keep a detailed record of all activities performed on a given day
  • Be Self-motivated and have a team player attitude
