Job Description

§Interface directly with HATCI engineering teams to gather information and prepare agenda content for planned workshop activities§Support coordination and execution of events for executive leadership, all-HATCI employees, and external partners§Prepare reports and findings for presentation of focused study results to executive leadership§Engage with employees of all levels, from entry-level, to executive leadership to support strategy initiatives.§Prepare in-depth report to present a detailed development plan for growth and improvement of a HATCI process identified collaboratively

Job Requirements:

§Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field§Student in junior/senior year or within 6 months of graduation; a graduate or MBA student will also be considered§Valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record§Candidates applying for positions with Hyundai/Kia must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
