Your expertise will contribute to the realization of our clients' visions, while also pushing the boundaries of design and sustainability coupled with functionality.

Skills & Responsibilities:

Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities, manage multiple projects and communicate well with the diverse personality type inherent in our clients, staff, and consultants.

Ability to run project from schematics throughout all project phases, predesign through construction administration local jurisdiction approval.

Prepare and maintain project documentation such as construction estimates, budgetary information, progress reports, change orders and more.

Proficient in : Autodesk Products.

Ensuring building systems are reliable, functional, and safe.

Ability to execute project deadlines.

Ability to design portions of or entire projects in line with client goals and principals' directions.

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Licensed Architect in the State of Indiana with 5 years plus of experience in managing commercial architectural projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design and drawing software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suites.

Strong in communication and customer service skills to establish and maintain effective working relationship with staff and operations/field contacts, community groups and appropriate State, Federal and local agencies.
