In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented group of professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive diligence across financial, tax, data analytics, cybersecurity, and technical accounting realms. Leveraging our market leadership in middle-market M&A transactions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering candid, unbiased, and rigorous support to our esteemed clientele.Key Responsibilities:- Execute buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements- Lead diligence meetings and draft tailored due diligence reports- Manage day-to-day tasks of projects and serve as the principal contact with client personnel- Direct the efforts of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship- Drive business development initiatives and collaborate with colleagues across various industry platforms- Review transaction documents and network with prospects to build revenue-producing relationshipsBasic Qualifications:- 8+ years of professional experience, including extensive financial due diligence experience at a Big 4 firm- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution- CPA requiredPreferred Qualifications:- Demonstrated track record of client development, preferably with private equity clients- Strong current knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)- Exceptional analytical abilities and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common database systems; experience with data analytics tools preferred- Ability and willingness to travel as requiredAt our client, we offer more than just a job - we provide a platform for personal and professional growth, supported by a collaborative and dynamic culture.
