Pavement Technology Inc. has been the leader in rejuvenating asphalt for over 50 years. We seek a responsible Service Technician to diagnose problems and perform standard mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on the company's trucks and heavy equipment.


Candidates must be able to repair and/or replace all components of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air conditioning systems, suspension systems, drive trains, electrical systems, steering, braking, material handling, and operator comfort systems. In addition, willing to learn how to diagnose and repair street sweepers, tanker trucks, and dump trucks.

Are you qualified?


  • Minimum age 21
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Paid hourly for all hours worked
  • Some overnight travel to fix equipment on the job site
  • Willing to obtain a CDL in the first year of employment. Tutition reimbursement is available.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions
  • High level of initiative
  • Familiarity with the safe and effective use of power, air, and hand tools
  • Ability to lift 30 or more lbs.
  • Diesel experience is a plus
  • CDL a plus
  • Routine background, alcohol, and drug testing
