YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

This entry-level position works a seasonal Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays.

Picture a day where you, as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, contribute to maintaining commercial and high-end residential properties throughout Western New York. You'll be immersed in tasks like mowing lawns, pruning, weeding, trimming grass, and operating basic equipment under the guidance of experienced team members. This is your chance to learn, grow, and be part of creating beautiful landscapes that leave a lasting impact.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We seek someone who exemplifies values of positivity, respect, and integrity and takes pride in their work. Having a valid driver's license is a plus. Landscaping or related outdoor work experience is welcome but not necessary We are prepared to give you all the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. If you're motivated, hardworking, and can meet the qualifications listed below, we want you as our entry-level Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • Great communication skills
  • Highly dependable and punctual
  • Reliable transportation

Having a valid driver's license is a plus. Landscaping or related outdoor work experience is welcome but not necessary – we provide training
