Head of Growth Marketing

Nxt Level is actively looking for a Head of Growth Marketing.
We are a team of head hunters helping scale emerging companies strategically build their team. We bring a white glove approach to full time, contract-to-hire, and contract recruiting services.
To date, the company has been able to grow organically. We are looking to build our growth strategy to empower our team to have hockey stick growth. This role plays a key role in helping design our digital marketing strategy from the ground up.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, with expertise in WordPress website optimization, marketing analytics, digital strategy development, and sales enablement through platforms like Hubspot.
What are the key responsibilities?
Digital Strategy Development: Conceptualize and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
Website Optimization: Diagnose, improve, and maintain our WordPress website to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Marketing Analytics: Implement, monitor, and analyze performance metrics to guide strategic decisions. Utilize tools and platforms to gather insights and recommend actionable improvements.
CRM Management: Integrate and optimize our use of CRM tools like Hubspot to improve our sales processes, customer interactions, and data-driven decision-making.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools, processes, and strategies that increase efficiency and conversion rates.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and sales, to align growth efforts across the organization.
Stay Updated: Regularly stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital growth and implement these as relevant.
What are the minimum qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a growth-focused role, with a track record of driving lead acquisition and revenue growth.
Expertise in WordPress website management and optimization.
Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot, and understanding of sales enablement strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the capability to drive and manage change.
This can be a remote position anywhere in the world willing to work US-based hours. 9AM - 3PM Central Time.
