Design and present Asurion’s unique capabilities through compelling demos and experiences for a variety of internal and external partners. Generate interest and commitment from Asurion’s existing and prospective partners to build advocacy and expand our programs across multiple categories including property & casualty, financial service providers, tech OEMs, etc.
Define what it means to be a comprehensive provider of “Tech Care” services and position these services so partners understand how Asurion can leverage our proprietary AI-powered platform, advanced supply chain logistics, expansive stores footprint, and 20,000+ human Experts to serve their customers, solve complex issues for customers, and sell additional products & services on every customer interaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and present Asurion’s unique capabilities through compelling demos and experiences for a variety of internal and external partners. Generate interest and commitment from Asurion’s existing and prospective partners to build advocacy and expand our programs across multiple categories including property & casualty, financial service providers, tech OEMs, etc.
Define what it means to be a comprehensive provider of “Tech Care” services and position these services so partners understand how Asurion can leverage our proprietary AI-powered platform, advanced supply chain logistics, expansive stores footprint, and 20,000+ human Experts to serve their customers, solve complex issues for customers, and sell additional products & services on every customer interaction.
Key Tasks:
Partner with sales and solutions leads to understand strategic objectives for each client visit, identify the unique capabilities that address those objectives, and create an experience to demonstrate how we can apply those capabilities for the client
Develop and communicate the value propositions and service benefits to new and existing partners via product demonstrations and tours
Develop client-facing content (interactive prototypes, presentations, and video) for product demonstrations
Work closely with product teams on new product developments and positioning of existing products
Be a product expert and evangelist both internally and externally
Take products, features, or differentiating details and elegantly distill these into easily understood benefits that resonate for the client partner in alignment with Asurion’s overall value story and branding
Combine product expertise with deep empathy for the client partner’s needs to capture, craft and persuasively communicate the essence of the product’s value
Apply critical thought to the impact of new functionality or new products and find ways to position and creatively convey their benefits for the specific partner or customer need
Demonstrate expertise in generating and communicating powerful messages using a variety of media, technology and channels
Qualifications and Attributes:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership partnership skills
Strong selling, relationship, and consultation skills
A naturally curious mind with a passion for creating best-in-class experiential marketing solutions
An ability to connect the dots between an idea, the partner value, the customer value, and the potential impact to Asurion
Strong, consistent organizational skills to manage a high volume of requests and capture insights from prior client interactions to drive continual improvement
Strong collaboration and partnering mentality, recognizing success as a team and respecting the expertise and diversity of perspective brought by others
Experience in product innovation, product marketing, and consumer insights in technology
