Changing Lives Scholarship Program for your Children/Dependents

· $7,000 per academic school year, per eligible student

· Two installments; $3,500 for the fall semester, $3,500 for the spring semester

· The Scholarship is payable directly to the school for tuition and books


401(k) Retirement Benefit Company Contribution

· Company will match 50% of the team member’s contribution up to the first 6% of the team member’s eligible gross earnings (discretionary and subject to change)

· Over $1.8 MILLION contributed in matching funds for our team members' 401(k) plans between 2018-2020


Team Member Referral Program

· Up to $1,500 payout for team member referral after 90 days of referral employment
