Position: Commercial Outside Sales Rep for Floor Coverings International


Seeking: High sales performer with ability to network and develop commercial relationships.

Qualifications for Success:


  • Sales Experience: 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales, with a preference in commercial flooring. Outside B2B sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Commercial flooring and construction.
  • Integrity: Uphold values of integrity and honesty.
  • Drive and Determination: Use competitive drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Pay attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Be computer literate and self-motivated.
  • Public Speaking: Comfortable speaking confidently in public.
  • Ambition: Desire to achieve a six-figure income and become part of our "family"
  • Urgency: Approach tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Availability: Normal business hours with occasional evening or Saturday appointments.
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Identify commercial clients to discuss their flooring needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of technology CRM and tablet based estimating software.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, provide solutions and close the deal.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of various flooring products LVP, carpet and hardwood.
  • Networking: Industry led commercial groups, tours
  • Project Management: Coordinate with installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the clients satisfaction.
Compensation:


  • Earning Potential: Strong base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually.
