As a Sales Closer/Qualifier, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business success through effective sales and client relations strategies. Duties and Responsibilities- Engage with new leads weekly, ensuring a high level of service and expertise.
- Effectively qualify the potential clients by understanding their needs and matching them with appropriate product and service offerings.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets consistently to meet the company’s financial goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to innovate and refine lead generation and closing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in team meetings to align strategies and enhance overall team performance.
- Provide personalized customer service that aligns with the company’s ethos and client management strategies.
- Drive key initiatives and contribute to the marketing and strategy development decisions.
- Must have reliable transportation to attend office and client meetings as required.
- Prior phone sales experience, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously.
- Effective team player who can contribute to dynamic and collaborative team environments.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, even under pressure, in order to drive the company’s sales efforts.
- Willingness to work Monday to Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and Fridays from 10am to 5pm. Weekend availability is optional but encouraged for optimal results.
- Strong passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
