Job DescriptionJob DescriptionServiceNow Solutions Architect (JR)Allentown, Pennsylvania5 YearsContract (12 Months)Job DescriptionLooking for strong ITOM and CMDB skills***Must have strong client-facing/business skillsSolutions Architect - not a developerCertications - mandatoryWe are looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect specializing in ITOM/CMDB?.What You ll DoDeliver end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow Platform,Core System, and ApplicationsDeliver a high level of knowledge and customer service within the ITOM Suite as well as CMDBExplain the offerings available with ServiceNow ITOM Suite as well as CMDBAbility to architect, develop and convert customers legacy solutions into ServiceNow is a plusImplement IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, work ow customization, ticketing, process automation,report development, dashboard creation, and system congurationsApply Agile software development practices for customizations to the platform and applicationsOrganizing and prioritizing development effort, interfacing with vendors and management, and potentiallycoordinating effort of additional administratorsConsider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with othersystems when applicableEffectively manage and execute high level tasks assigned via 'stories'Assists junior analysts through project(s) lifecycles1 / 3Manages work against an often demanding timelineCommunicates professionally and effectively, through verbal and non-verbal methods with businessprofessionals and clients dailyFlexible and has the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyWhat You'll NeedRequiredDeep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow and demonstrable experience with ServiceNowplatform navigation, administration, conjuration, and scripting5+ years of ServiceNow DevelopmentITOM Suite experienceSolid CMDB experienceEvent Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and OrchestrationServiceNow Certied System AdministratorServiceNow Certied Implementation SpecialistBackground in either software development or IT Service managementAbility to work remotely and largely unsupervised, and to deliver to written requirementsEffective communication skills via verbal and non-verbal methodsStrong attention to detailProblem solving abilityPreferredAbility to architect, develop and convert customers legacy solutions into ServiceNow is a plusServiceNow Admin (or higher) certications desired (not required WITH equivalent experience)Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (ITIL v3 certication a plus)Understanding of Agile based approach to software development (SCRUM experience a plus)Physical Demands2 / 3Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal,state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to movearound the attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.Education: Bachelors Degree
