We are currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate with excellent customer service skills to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate seeking the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and prove their skill-set taking on important responsibilities for the company and offers competitive compensation with a great bonus plan

This is an essential position within our company and is a great fit for an individual with a custom service background who has excellent organizational skills. You will work as a part of the Finance team and will support the billing department. While directly supporting our A/R Director you will help influence Aruza’s billing procedures, systems, and credit policies.

This is a full-time position based at our HQ in Charlotte, NC that offers a hybrid work environment, upon completion of training.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills while interacting with our customers
  • Act as account liaison over assign region
  • Assist with audits as needed
  • Research billing inquiries and respond promptly
  • Satisfy the specific needs of customers with a high level of professionalism and integrity to contribute to the customer experience
  • Focus on performing collection activities
  • Field inbound calls from customers to resolve billing specific inquiries
  • Process customers payments and ensure accurate billing
  • Perform other duties as required and contribute to continuous process evolvements
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at one time
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills


Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or accounts receivable experience- required
  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree - preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office- required
  • Knowledge of CRM systems - preferred
