Saline Lectronics (an Emerald Technologies company) has an exciting opportunity for a Site Controller to join its Saline team The Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management at the plant location, including preparation for audits, regulatory and financial reporting, budget preparation, as well as development and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures. The Controller will also serve as a business partner to the location President and will be a member of the senior leadership team for the site.

Responsibilities of the Controller:

  • Oversee the plant location on all accounting related matters
  • Responsible for Month-end and year-end close process withing standard platform timeframe
  • Support the site President for financial aspects of strategic decision making.
  • Direct and lead the plant location budget/forecast process and report variances.
  • In partnership with the site President, provide detailed financial analysis in connection with the monthly reporting package
  • Provide periodic reporting of financial information including flash reporting, cash balances, KPIs, etc.

Qualifications of the Controller:

  • Proven working experience as a Controller in a manufacturing environment
  • 10 + years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • ERP implementation experience a plus
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
