Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)- Concord, NH (Full-time)

White Birch Educational Services is a clinician owned small business in New Hampshire. We provide school psychologists, social workers, BCBA's, mental health counselors, and other related service providers to schools throughout New Hampshire.

We are currently seeking full time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Services will include working with students and their special education teams.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans using Applied Behavior Analysis, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive skills

  • Oversee and provide ongoing support to students special education team(s) as it relates to the implementation and documentation of Behavior Intervention Plans

  • Collect progress data as directed by the students special education team and provide analysis and modification to behavior support plans based on assessment results and ongoing data collection

  • Work collaboratively with students classroom teacher and other faculty

  • Other duties deemed necessary by the school district as appropriate for the role

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA Certification

  • Masters Degree

  • Previous BCBA work experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Compassionate and committed to students well-being
