We're seeking a hardworking and reliable Residential Landscape Technician to join our team and help us transform homeowners' yards into vibrant and functional outdoor havens.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of residential landscape maintenance tasks, such as:
    • Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
    • Weeding and mulching garden beds
    • Planting flowers, shrubs, and small trees
    • Trimming hedges and small trees
    • Leaf blowing and yard cleanup
    • Applying fertilizer and weed control (following safety guidelines)
    • Assisting with minor hardscaping projects (walkways, patios) - depending on experience
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing homeowner questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • May assist with other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Physically fit for the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and performing manual labor.
  • Reliable transportation is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
