Mental Health Residential Advisor
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule:
Thursday 3 pm-11 pm
Friday 3 p.m–11 pm
Saturday 8 am-4 pm
Sunday 3 pm-11 pm
Benefits:

Salary: $17.00 per hour and increases based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provides relationship-oriented coaching and support to residents and helps them attain their goals
- Assures the health and safety of residents, responds immediately to concerns, and completes check-ins
- Participates and encourages participation of residents in recreational, social, and cultural activities
- Facilitates spontaneous social experiences for residents who are not participating in scheduled activities
- Supports residents with room cleaning and helps out in general with the cleaning of common areas of the building
- Transports residents to scheduled appointments as needed
- first responder for on-call services in the evening hours
- Responsible for documentation for assigned residents
Qualifications:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience working with individuals whose lives are impeded by mental illness
- 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to be on auto insurance
