Job Description/Requirements


  • Identify and analyze prospective customers through prospecting and networking. Call on General Contractors and homeowners to build strong relationships.
  • Uses in-depth knowledge for product application to assist customers in selecting products for their project.
  • Fill customer needs for framing lumber, windows, interior and exterior doors, as well as other specialty building materials.
  • Ensure quality customer service with customers.
  • Develop pricing strategy with manager to achieve maximum profitability and sales growth.
  • Excellent, communication, organization and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Read and understand construction drawings for estimating project material cost.
  • Developing bid proposals.
  • High degree of ethics and integrity.
