Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Houston, TX (on-site)

Pay Rate: $25 / hour

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis.


Responsibilities:

· Input and post daily deposits relating to resident accounts and miscellaneous income

· Setup, generate, and input EFT payments

· Generate accounts receivable aging

· Send updates regarding payments for residents listed on allowance schedules

· Process monthly aging adjustment entry for financials

· Email statements

· Perform lease management of resident billing accounts, including:

o Updating and importing comp meals, kitchen charges, and deposit logs

o Setting up new resident accounts

o Verifying initial billings

o Importing and reviewing the SenSys occupancy activity and ancillary charge import files

o Processing room transfers and terminations

· Generate monthly billing statements

· Pull, scan, label, and save audit documentation as needed

· Assist with special projects as needed


Requirements:

· High school diploma

· Minimum of 4 years of accounts receivable or related experience

· Timberline software experience
