Position Overview: As a Host and Food Runner at Eximius Associates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing the flow of service, and efficiently delivering food and beverages to tables. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and adept at multitasking in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of guests.
- Assist with guest check-ins and handle any special requests or accommodations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall operations and guest experience.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a host, food runner, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
