Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of cloud services and applications.
  • Support the development of cloud architecture and solutions based on business needs.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues.
  • Document cloud processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
  • Provide support for cloud migrations and integrations.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to track cloud usage and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or cloud computing, preferably in a junior or internship role.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, services, and management tools.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) is a plus.
