Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description: Full-Time Accountant (Immediate Need)

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements
  • Managing the general ledger
  • Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
  • Running payroll for a company of under 100 employees
  • Preparing tax returns
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
  • Providing financial advice to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a construction related company
  • Experience with Sage Intacct
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
