We are looking for a highly skilled cloud integration software engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions for integrating enterprise data processing and autonomous edge systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Architect and develop cloud-native solutions that integrate autonomous systems, edge computing, and machine learning components
  • Collaborate in the design of open APIs to support integration across multiple disparate systems
  • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and efficient Kubernetes-based infrastructures
  • Lead a team in the development of edge computing solutions that seamlessly integrate with cloud platforms and enterprise systems

RequirementsNecessary Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on cloud-native technologies
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes, including custom resource definitions, operators, and advanced networking concepts
  • Proficiency in edge computing architectures and technologies
  • Hands-on experience integrating machine learning models into production environments
  • Expert-level programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Go, Python, or Java
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Proven experience in enterprise integration, including API design, messaging systems, and data integration patterns
  • Strong knowledge of edge integration technologies and protocols (e.g., Kafka, MQTT, CoAP, OPC-UA)
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring, team building, and driving technical initiatives
  • The ability to obtain a US security clearance post start date. U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
