Duties you will love to do: 

  • Marketing Automation:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows using HubSpot to score and nurture leads and engage customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize intent data for prioritization and conversion
  • CRM Management:
    • Maintain and optimize our HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and efficient lead management processes.
    • Ensure proper tracking and attribution within Hubspot to assist the Demand Gen team in creating reports that track the success of specific channels and programs.
    • Build integrations with Hubspot or other applications. 
    • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and usage.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with teams to document, evaluate, and improve marketing processes and data management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of lead flow and conversion. 
    • Empower marketing team with self-serve reporting mechanisms in Hubspot, GA4,  and Tableau. 
    • Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and feedback is encouraged.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on goals and objectives.
    • Act as enterprise marketing point person to develop and maintain shared asset libraries for marketing content, including core presentations, brand assets, photography, video, etc.
    • Identify and share best practices across content to drive efficiency within the business.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Service-minded, curious, detailed, organized
  • Passion for data, designing, troubleshooting, fixing, and strong project management aptitude like follow-through
  • Wonderful verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoys an agile and fast paced environment
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing functions, funnels, and digital marketing strategies & tactics
  • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience especially with Hubspot and Google Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Tableau, Zapier, GTM, Chili Piper, Intent data platforms, and other operation technology experience a plus
