We have an exciting opportunity for a Application Developer with our industry-leading client in Cleveland, OH.


This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $65 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Creates user information solutions by developing and maintaining internet/intranet applications.
  • Defines objectives by analyzing user requirements.
  • Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations in development life cycle; completing programming using languages ​​and software products; designing and conducting tests.
  • Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
  • Completes applications development by contributing to team meetings; Troubleshooting development and production problems.
  • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
  • Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for fulfilling new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • JAVA: 9-10 years of experience
  • Oracle: 4-5 years of experience
  • Front-end (React, Vue): 1-3 years of experience
  • Microservices: 6-8 years of experience with advanced skills in implementing API and Microservices architecture
  • Testing: 1-3 years of experience
  • SQL queries
  • Full SDLC experience including impact analysis for testing new features

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
