ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Front End Applications Developer is tasked with playing a vital role in the design, development, and upkeep of the client-side components of digital platforms, including interactive web applications and user interfaces.

This position requires a candidate with solid coding and programming abilities who is enthusiastic about addressing technical challenges and ensuring that front-end systems operate seamlessly while integrating effectively with back-end services.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Evaluate front-end architecture, implement recommended enhancements, and confirm that modifications lead to improved overall system performance.
- Write, review, and refine code while collaborating with senior engineers to ensure reliability, reusability, scalability, and security.
- Design and implement effective integration solutions, maintaining application functionality and scalability in partnership with senior team members and back-end developers.
- Engage in discussions with technology leaders to grasp business and technical requirements and priorities for front-end systems.
- Update project status and task completion at each phase while assisting in monitoring the performance and health of services, databases, and other components.
- Aid the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and database system issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to front-end application development, actively expanding knowledge and sharing insights with the team.
- Gather feedback and propose ideas for planning, designing, and executing unit tests or other quality assurance measures.
- Support senior team members in training users on best practices for maintaining web applications and APIs.
- Create and enhance comprehensive documentation, incorporate best practices, and ensure clear communication of design and implementation under the guidance of experienced team members.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of experience in application development or engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in front-end application development or engineering.
- Proficient programming skills in front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks.
- Moderate understanding of web protocols.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with technical stakeholders.
