Positions Available: Behavior Technicians (entry level), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), ABA Therapists. We are hiring for various locations. Pay DOE $20-30 per billable hour. Plus paid drive time, mileage, 401K and more for those eligible 


Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) OR be in enrolled in a College/University studying psychology, education, or special education or pursuing a degree in a related field. Minimum- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Pass a Background Check 
  • Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers’ license, and car insurance 
  • Have at least one year of experience of working with children/teens with special needs (Highly Preferred) OR have at least one year of experience of working with children/teens (Preferred)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT certified), or RBT in process (we will provide further training)
  • Bilingual (Highly Preferred)
  • Candidates must display compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability.
  • The position requires lifting, carrying, frequent walking, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting in order to observe, assess, and interact with clients.


Job Description:

  • Create a fun, rewarding experience to generate the highly motivating environment to increase level of skills development and performance for every client
  • Implement individualized applied behavior programming 
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the direction of a BCBA, BCaBA or Tier 2 Case Manager 
  • Teach developmental milestones utilizing ABA techniques and principles
  • Effectively respond to and minimize challenging or disruptive behaviors
  • Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and write a summary note at the end of each treatment session.
  • Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers by instructing strategies across all areas of the child's environment
  • Share creative ideas for activities to support reaching target goals.
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with team members -  It is a must

  • Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Science, Child Development, Counseling, Early Childhood Education, Education, Human Development, Psychology, Speech and Hearing Services, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or related field.


**Note: The prime time hours are typically Monday through Friday between 12 pm to 6:30pm (flexibility is required). If you have late afternoon availability it is a PLUS  This is a part time position with the opportunity to grow your case load to full time. Candidates within a 30-mile radius are preferred for this position. Compensation for commuting between clients or from the office will be provided.
