THE BASICS

Pay: This night shift full-time position offers competitive compensation at $18 per hour with a $3.00 weekend differential.

Schedule: This night shift position will work a full-time schedule from 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with five days on and two days off each week, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards during evening hours.

YOUR DAY AS A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECH

Each day begins with thorough property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. Responsibilities include operating maintenance sweeper vehicles to collect trash and debris, collaborating with team members to enhance property maintenance processes, and promptly addressing any safety hazards that may arise. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our sweeper trucks is a key part of this role.


REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECH

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude

Landscaping or other service-related experience is a plus, as is maintenance tech experience. This is a great fit for someone with experience working outdoors or on the go
