Facilities Repair Technician at Campbell Properties

Are you skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks? We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Repair Technician to become part of our team at Campbell Properties.

Key Responsibilities

As a Facilities Repair Technician, your primary duty will be to maintain and manage the upkeep of our residential and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing general maintenance duties.
  • Responding quickly to repair requests from residents and resolving issues effectively.
  • Conducting routine property inspections to identify maintenance requirements and addressing them proactively.
  • Assisting with landscaping and grounds maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal.
  • Overseeing maintenance projects, including the management of contractors when necessary.

Qualifications

To thrive as a Facilities Repair Technician at Campbell Properties, you should fulfill the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar field.
  • Competence in performing repairs in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems (preferred).
  • Basic skills in painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
