xScion is seeking an experienced Lean Product Management Coach to join our consulting team. The successful candidate will support xScion's customers in maturing their Lean Product practices, enabling them to deliver high-value products efficiently and effectively. The Lean Product Management Coach will work closely with product teams to implement Lean principles, optimize workflows, and enhance product delivery capabilities.


Location: Remote (U.S.)

 

As a Lean Product Coach, You Will:

  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline product development cycles, minimize waste, and boost the value delivered to customers.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Lean Product Management initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
  • Oversee change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to Lean Product practices, addressing resistance and promoting improvement.
  • Direct implementation of Product Management practices in a scaled Agile IT environment
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, align product strategies, and ensure the successful adoption of Lean Product practices.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring on Lean Product Management to product managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and lead workshops, training sessions, and educational materials to promote Lean Product Management methodologies and best practices within client organizations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Lean Product Management, sharing insights and recommendations with both clients and internal teams.


To Be Successful, You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum five plus (5+) years of experience in product management, with at least three (3) years in a Lean Product Management role.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent
  • Expertise in Lean principles, Scaled Agile methodologies, and product development frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
