Summary:


Develop Agile Program Management standard operating procedures and tools to provide program and performance management reporting across multiple portfolios, Agile Coaching.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop Agile Program Management standard operating procedures and tools to provide Agile delivery support across multiple portfolios, Agile Coaching, SAFe Certified.
  • Develop Agile Program Management standard operating procedures and tools to provide program and performance management reporting across multiple portfolios on planned milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Define and continuously improve the Agile delivery framework and coordinate program-wide processes across multiple work streams.
  • Facilitate teams in defining strategic objectives and KPIs for delivering analytics products and capabilities, and translate objectives into Epics and User Stories for development work.
  • Plan and facilitate Agile Ceremonies (program increment planning, sprint planning, scrum of scrums, sprint wrap up, backlog grooming) with product teams and client stakeholders.
  • Provide risk and dependency management and reporting across multiple work streams.
  • Provide project planning and schedule management support.
  • Provide Agile Coaching to new internal team members and external client groups.
  • Support program activities including development of strategic roadmaps and user engagement activities.


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in Federal or Defense professional consulting services.
  • A minimum of two years of experience with project, program or portfolio management, specifically with large-scale transformation programs, involving business process, organization, and technology components.
  • Experience with IT project management and Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum) with direct professional experience delivering on Agile IT projects.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence strongly preferred.
  • Application to data and analytics domain is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • SAFe Agile Certification preferred.
