We are working with a well-established organization looking to add a Data Engineer to their data team. They are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of API development, ETL processes, data modeling, and data management. Potential candidates must be proficient in programming languages, such as Python, SQL, JAVA, and Scala. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge is a must.


Core responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data infrastructure and pipelines
  • Develop data models to meet the needs of the organization’s data systems, manage and support the flow of information between analytics solutions
  • Manage our ETL and reporting platforms to cleanse, validate, and prepare data for consumption

Requirements:

· 4+ years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, or Scala.

· Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and database management.

· Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with API development

· Experience with integration into reporting platforms, like Tableau, Power BI, SAP BI

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software or computer engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
